Join us in making pasta by hand!

We focus in on a different shape from Italy each month and teach you how to make it from start to finish. You will learn how to prepare the dough and create the shape, as well as learn the tips and tricks to preparing the finished dish with sauce. Classes are limited to 12 spots, allowing for plenty of one-on-one instruction. Snack, pasta tasting, and glass of wine included in the ticket price.
